OPTION 1- LET DAD BABYSIT WHILE YOU ATTEND A GROUP CLASS:
All my group classes are multi-level, so rest assured that you are in good hands (I have many postnatal mums in all of my group classes)! Pilates classes will help you to rebuild, strengthen & tone up your body. Pilates focuses on improving your posture & strengthening the core muscles necessary for you to achieve your pre-pregnancy level of health & fitness.
OPTION 3- PRIVATE CLASS, OR CREATE YOUR OWN MOTHER’S GROUP:
Alternatively, if you felt more comfortable, I would be happy to tailor a program to suit your individual needs in private pilates sessions. Or why don’t you get a group of mum’s together from your mothers group to reduce costs?
