Classes are multi-level so you can join anytime!
These classes are aimed at rebuilding your body, strengthening & toning up. Pilates focuses on improving your posture & strengthening the core muscles necessary for you to achieve your pre-pregnancy level of health & fitness. Babies can lie on the mats next to you, be involved in some of the exercises, or lie together in the centre of the room. Bring a mat, towel, water bottle and if applicable, a play-mat/bouncer/baby capsule for your baby. Non-mobile babies welcome.
