These classes are aimed at rebuilding your body, strengthening & toning up. Pilates focuses on improving your posture & strengthening the core muscles necessary for you to achieve your pre-pregnancy level of health & fitness. Babies can lie on the mats next to you or be involved in some of the exercises, but mainly the class focusses on YOU! Bring a mat, towel and water bottle fo yourself and a blanket for your baby to lie on as well as some toys. Non-mobile babies prefereable, although I have a large playpen you are welcome to use if they are mobile. Please note, the studio is on the first floor and has no lift, so prams not suitable.
